N\u00eb vitin 1941\/43 hapen masivisht shkollat e para n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe at\u00eb deri n\u00eb kat\u00ebr klasat e fillores.<\/p>\n<p>Shkolla fillore &#8220;Gjergj Kastrioti &#8211; Sk\u00ebnderbeu&#8221; ku sot m\u00ebsimin e vijojn\u00eb 1080 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nga Xhep\u00e7ishti dhe Poroji n\u00eb 38 paralele, si dhe kan\u00eb dy paralele parashkollore me 96 vog\u00eblush, prej Xhep\u00e7ishti jan\u00eb mbi 500 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Prej vitit 1943 deri m\u00eb 1968 shkolla e ka pasur emrin &#8220;LIRIA&#8221;, nd\u00ebrsa me rastin e 500-vjetorit t\u00eb vdekjes s\u00eb sk\u00ebnderbeut n\u00eb vitin 1968 u em\u00ebrua &#8220;SK\u00cbNDERBEU&#8221;.
