Populli yn\u00eb nd\u00ebr vite e shekuj ka nxjerr figura t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me vepr\u00ebn dhe dijen e tyre kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e popullat\u00ebs shqiptare t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trojeve. Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr figurat e shquara \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Hafiz Llokman ef. Ismaili. <\/span><\/div>\n

Hfz. Llokman ef. Ismaili, lindi n\u00eb fshatin Xhep\u00e7isht\u00eb t\u00eb Tetov\u00ebs m\u00eb 4 janar 1930. <\/span><\/div>\n

Shkoll\u00ebn fillore e p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb vendlindje n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe. <\/span><\/div>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1953 do ta p\u00ebrfundoj hifzin te muhafizi i njohur Mehmet ef. Sulejmani. <\/span><\/div>\n
Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb hifzit, m\u00ebsimet fetare do ti vazhdoj n\u00eb Medresen\u00eb El-hidaje n\u00eb Xhamin\u00eb e \u00c7arshis\u00eb n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb. <\/span><\/div>\n
Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb medreses\u00eb do t\u00eb angazhohet si imam n\u00eb disa vende t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare, fillimisht n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik (1956-1962), m\u00eb pas n\u00eb fshatin Jaboll\u00e7isht t\u00eb Velesit (1962-1963), n\u00eb fshatin C\u00ebrnilisht t\u00eb Prilepit ( 1964 \u2013 1973 ). <\/span><\/div>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1974, hfz. Llokmani do t\u00eb jet\u00eb imam n\u00eb fshatin Kalisht t\u00eb Gostivarit, kurse gjat\u00eb p\u00ebriudhes s\u00eb viteve 1975-1989 do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb si imam n\u00eb fshatrat, Kara\u00e7 dhe Goranc\u00eb ( R. e Kosov\u00ebs ). <\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
N\u00eb vitin 1989 me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb fshatit Xhep\u00e7isht\u00eb, kthehet n\u00eb fshatin e lindjes dhe angazhohet si imam, detyr\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do ta kryej deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Ka qen\u00eb njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb Fik\u2019hut (t\u00ebr\u00ebsis praktike t\u00eb dispozitave t\u00eb sheriatit), Tefsirit (komentit t\u00eb Kuranit) dhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb. <\/span><\/div>\n

Si shenj\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr kontributin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb trojet shqiptare, BFI \u2013 Myftinia e Tetov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1990 e caktoi si udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i hanxhinjve t\u00eb Tetov\u00ebs. Hfz. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Llokman Ismaili, ka qen\u00eb dashamir\u00eb i arsimit, k\u00ebt\u00eb e ka d\u00ebshmuar edhe n\u00eb vep\u00ebr, gjasht\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij (tre djem e tre vajza) kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar studimet e larta n\u00eb drejtime t\u00eb ndryshme shkencore. <\/span><\/div>\n
